This website helps you keep track of how different activities affect your mood.
How to use this site:
go to Choose Activity
Enter your current feeling and mood, and an activity you'd like to do.
After completing the activity, enter your new mood.
You can see a list of your activities at Activity History
and you can see a summary of how different activities affect your mood at Activity Summary
You'll have to enter a few different activities before you'll see any data here though.
Also, please signup if you want to be able to save your data!
